Our group is the successful amalgamation of the daylight systems producer LAMILUX Heinrich Strunz GmbH, the composite specialist LAMILUX Composites GmbH and the steel construction professionals MIROTEC Glas- und Metallbau GmbH.
Founded: 1909. Managed: for three generations. Has become: a global market leader. History: Over 100 years old, full of drive, developments and ideas – and we are just getting started.

The next generation is at the ready. In order to best prepare them for the professional challenges of the future, we are working closely with schools and associations on a wide range of projects.
Higher education depends on the academic landscape. A region depends on its highly trained professionals. For this reason, we put our heart and soul into encouraging young students and offering them career prospects.
A community can achieve much more than an individual. We are team players and are involved in various networks – for values which are important to us all and for goals we want to achieve together.
We are grateful for the prospects and opportunities offered by both our region and the people in it. Our family foundation would like to give something back and is therefore promoting the development of young people.
It is important for us to support the social performance and commitment of voluntary organisations. However, we have gone one step further: Our apprentices are involved in social initiatives themselves.
