Origin of the Factory Campus

The origins and concept of the Factory Campus Düsseldorf lie with the entrepreneurs and founders Marc Bechler and Oliver Römer. They pursued the goal of providing the necessary infrastructure for the workers of today and tomorrow. The campus therefore integrates several property areas, including pioneer, arcade and boulevard buildings, which combine historical charm with modern architecture. This allows people from different industries to come together.

Flexible spaces for the pioneers of today and tomorrow

The flexible space concepts in the Factory Campus also support different working styles, be it coworking, dedicated office space or project rooms. This adaptability makes it an ideal location for a wide range of companies and professionals. In addition, the campus offers fully equipped event and conference rooms available for various functions and gatherings. Sustainable architecture thanks to LAMILUX

The boulevard building of the Factory Campus Düsseldorf combines architectural aesthetics with sustainable construction. The expertise of LAMILUX plays a decisive role in this. The company from Rehau was commissioned with the construction of the large Glass Roof, which enables the building's light-flooded working environments. The new daylight systems from LAMILUX not only ensure reliable sealing and the desired ventilation comfort, but also fulfil the highest energy efficiency requirements with their double glazing. Thanks to these innovative daylight systems, the former industrial building has been transformed into a modern, inspiring working environment that promotes the well-being of its users while at the same time focusing on sustainable building principles.

Daylight for performance and concentration

Daylight is a decisive factor for a healthy and productive working environment. It promotes well-being, concentration and creativity by supporting the natural biorhythm, reducing stress and creating a pleasant atmosphere. At the Factory Campus Düsseldorf, this importance is emphasised by light-flooded rooms that not only promote the health of employees but also increase their efficiency and innovative strength.
