Space for innovation and encounters
The Newton office building impresses not only with its imposing architecture, but also with the well thought-out design of the work and recreation areas. With 37,250m² of floor space above ground, the building offers space for around 1,800 employees and creates an inspiring environment. A particular highlight is the light-flooded entrance hall, which creates an inviting atmosphere thanks to the 950m² Glass Roof from LAMILUX. This hall not only serves as a reception area, but also as a meeting place, which is complemented by modern features such as show cooking in the casino, a barista bar and spacious terraces and green inner courtyards. The Newton thus embodies the symbiosis of sustainability and user-orientation by combining working environments with a high feel-good factor.

Sustainability meets modern design
The Newton sets new standards in energy efficiency. With a primary energy consumption of just 70 kWh/a*m², it is one of the most sustainable office buildings in Munich. In addition to triple glazing and external sun protection, photovoltaic systems and a groundwater system ensure environmentally friendly heating and cooling. The Glass Roof from LAMILUX thus makes a significant contribution to sustainability: In summer it keeps heat out, in winter it stores it - a perfect interplay of design and function.

Energy-efficient architecture
The Newton office building combines timeless elegance with an ecological building concept. It is a showcase project that not only impresses with its aesthetics, but also with its functionality and sustainability. The ingenious glass architecture makes the building a highlight and a real eye-catcher. Find out where other unique masterpieces of glass architecture can be found in the following article!
